Use and Refund Policy
1. Objective
1.1 This policy aims to clarify to our users about the request to cancel the purchase and/or refund in relation to the services and products sold on the Rabbot platform through its suppliers registered on its marketplace.

2. Definitions
2.1. The words contained in this document must be understood according to the following definitions: a) Services and products: any service marketed through the Rabbot platform that connects service providers to the needs of users;
b) Users: any individual or legal entity that has been registered on the Rabbot platform;
c) Rabbot or Platform: Automation and asset management system that, through data collected from vehicles, seeks to bring more efficiency and control to related assets of interest to the company;
d) Related company or company: company that is registered on the Rabbot platform and that has requested the registration of users;
e) Registered suppliers: Rabbot has registered suppliers to provide various services within the platform;
f) Marketplace: Option that companies have to optimize the provision of various services, connecting supply and demand;
Beneficiary Users
2.1 This policy applies to individuals or legal entities that have purchased services brokered by Rabbot S/A on a platform registered by a company.

3. Right of Repentance
3.1 The user may withdraw from the purchase of services within 7 (seven) days from the date of completion and issue by Rabbot, in accordance with article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code (Law 8,078/90). To make it possible to reimburse the user for withdrawing the service, access to the platform, validation and/or certification of the data collected about your vehicle will be canceled.

4. Cancellation and Refund Conditions
4.1 After the period of 7 (seven) stipulated for cancellation, if the service has been paid and not issued, the user may withdraw from proceeding with the process, provided that they express themselves within 30 (thirty) days after the payment date. In this case, the refund will refer to the full amount of the payment made. The request ticket will be automatically canceled and it will no longer be possible to issue.4.2 Once the indicated deadlines are exceeded, the right to validate, issue, and return the amount paid will be lost and, therefore, the service will be considered provided.

5. Procedures for Requesting Withdrawal and/or Refund
5.1 To request a refund, the user must contact Rabbot's Customer Service Center (SAC), via telephone, whose service takes place from Monday to Friday, except for national holidays, from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.

5.2 To file a request with the SAC, the user must enter the license plate number, the name of the purchaser, the number of the purchaser, the reason for the cancellation and the payment method (Card or Boleto).
5.3 Deadlines for Payment of the Refund will be:
5.3.1 For payments made by credit card, Rabbot will request cancellation from the card provider within 30 (thirty) business days from the date of request;
5.3.2 The purchase refund process will be carried out in accordance with the card provider's policy and not Rabbot's;
5.3.3 After carrying out the above procedure, in case of doubt, the user must call their credit card company.
5.4 For payment by bank slip, it will be necessary to provide bank details in the name of the purchaser, bank name, branch (number and digit) and checking account number;
5.4.1 Rabbot will make the deposit in a checking account within 30 business days from the date of request;
5.4.2 If there are differences or lack of information for the refund to be processed, this period will begin only after the necessary corrections made by the user;
5.4.3 The refund must be made to a bank account exclusively in the name of the owner of the user registered with Rabbot. If the user does not have a checking account, the refund will be made through a payment order issued at a Santander branch closest to the customer (consumer).
